Breakfast and brunch specialist Snooze, an A.M. Eatery has opened its first location in Plano. 

Fans of the Fort Worth Left Bank location will find a familiar menu.

We’re fond of Snooze’s imaginative Benedicts (especially the habanero-pork belly version), darkroast coffees and pineapple upside down pancakes, but insiders know to ask for the cinnamon roll pancakes off the secret menu.
