Grab your hot cocoa or apple cider and get ready to enter a realm of holiday enchantment from the cozy confines of your vehicle. The night will come alive with a kaleidoscope of colors as you cruise through a dazzling display of twinkling lights, animated characters and festive scenes. Everyone will watch in awe as they recognize light-up displays of their favorite holiday memories and characters, past and present.

Here’s our list of must-see drive-through light displays in the area.

Gift Of Lights at the Texas Motor Speedway

This annual light display brings visitors from all over the area each year as it is typically the top of everyone’s list for several reasons. Not only can you drive around the grand 2-mile speedway to see the holiday lights, but there are other family activities offered and train rides as well! Guests will also have an opportunity to meet Santa and tour his village.

Prairie Lights

See Lynn Creek Park in Grand Prairie light up with over 4 million lights. Hailed as one of the best light shows in the Metroplex, visitors can enjoy the park after driving through, with a Holiday Village, a meet-and-greet with Santa and the opportunity to buy some sweet, holiday treats.

Lightscape at the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens

The Fort Worth Botanic Gardens undergoes a magical metamorphosis, featuring a luminous tunnel spanning a one-mile route that will captivate you from start to finish. In its second year, Lightscape illuminates the gardens with over 1 million holiday lights. Additionally, this year introduces artistic installations along a 1.2-mile walking trail, promising an immersive experience.

The Light Park

The Light Park in Arlington is the ultimate drive-through light show experience. This pet-friendly event will also offer festive food and drinks for purchase.
