MAIN ST. ARTS FESTIVAL

The 37th annual Main St. Arts Festival is right around the corner featuring music, art, food and more. More than 200 artists from around the country will display their juried artwork, while hundreds of musical performers entertain festival attendees throughout the four-day event. Entry to the family-friendly event is free, but pets are asked to stay at home. The festival opens at 10 a.m. each day and closes at 8 p.m. Thursday-Saturday and 6 p.m. on Sunday. NEW VINTAGE WINE & GALLERIES TRAIL + ART SHOW

The 32nd annual New Vintage Wineries & Galleries Trail highlights fine art and newly released wines. Sculptures and art galleries will adorn Main Street with wine tastings available all day. The Blessing of the Vines, a centuries-old European tradition performed by a priest to ensure a bountiful harvest, will occur at 10 a.m. at the Peace Plaza. The event is for guests 21 and older and runs 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 13

 

EXECUTIVE WOMEN’S DAY LUNCHEON

Tickets are available for the annual Executive Women’s Day Luncheon, part of the Charles Schwab Challenge at the Colonial Country Club. This year’s featured speaker is women’s tennis Hall of Famer Martina Navratilova. The luncheon brings together hundreds of local business leaders and innovators for conversation, networking and idea sharing. May 21

 

ART IN THE SQUARE

Art in the Square returns with more than 150 artists from across the nation, two stages for musical performances, a bistro walk with food and beverages, and a fun zone for the younger family members. The three-day, juried fine art festival is presented by the Southlake Women’s Club and admission is free. Funds raised through the festival benefit local charities.
