Al Biernat’s partners with Dean & Peeler for sustainable Texas prime beef
Even if you live 30 miles from North Dallas, it’s worth the drive to Al Biernat’s. Now the steakhouse with two Dallas locations has partnered with beef purveyor Dean & Peeler to offer Texas prime beef raised with an industry-leading low carbon footprint. Dean & Peeler, based in Floresville, Texas, raises its cattle and sources feed within 35 miles of its headquarters, which earned the company the United States Department of Agriculture’s newly approved “Certified Sustainable” seal for environmental responsibility. The prime beef is wet-aged for 28 days and cut into bone-in ribeyes and bone-in strip steaks exclusively for Al Biernat’s restaurants.
