Si Tapas’ menu is, as you’d expect from a tapas restaurant, heavy on shareables — both traditional tapas and owner Ildefonso Jimenez’s take.
Si Tapas, the latest from Texas tapas man Ildefonso Jimenez, opened in mid-March at 2949 Crockett St. in west Fort Worth’s Artisan Circle, the rebranded former Crockett Row.
The 4,275-square-foot restaurant is in the space of the former Fireside Pies, which moved to West 7th’s Left Bank development. Si Tapas retained Fireside Pie’s modern, inviting interior, with table and bar seating.
Customers can expect a shareable-centric menu of as many as 75 dishes, ranging from Spanish cheeses and cured meats, to fried green asparagus; calamari; chilled potato, shrimp and tuna salad; Spanish potato omelet; marinated pork loin; and beef loin.
