JaNeen Hopkins focuses her law practice on helping children and juveniles. A dedicated attorney committed to establishing rapport with the children she represents, she knows one must listen and be willing to get down on the floor and play in order to build trust with the most vulnerable of clients.
JaNeen holds degrees from the University of Arkansas and South Texas College of Law. She is a member of the Child Protection Law Section of the State Bar and the Tarrant County Family Law Bar Association.
A former judicial intern with the Sixth District Court of Appeals, JaNeen opened her firm in 2018. She handles cases involving the termination of parental rights providing protection to children and parents during investigations by the Texas Department of Family Services / Child Protective Services. She handles issues involving the parent-child relationship, grandparent access, child support, single and widowed parental rights, foster care, domestic violence and other family law matters.
