Gregory L. Housewirth | Schreier+Housewirth Family Law
Divorce, Custody and Collaborative Divorce
Greg L. Housewirth is known as the keeper of West Side stories, a board-certified family law attorney who offers clients meaningful options with excellence, discretion and confidentiality. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of TCU and graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, Greg uses his additional training in mediation and collaborative law to provide clients with an alternative to adversarial divorce. Collaborative law gives clients the opportunity to address disagreements and concerns in a creative environment in which they control the process, all done outside the courtroom.
Greg’s practice also includes divorce, child custody, Child Protective Services investigations, grandparents’ rights, adoption, emergency orders and mediation.
Greg seeks solutions that serve people best in the long run. He often helps clients in high-conflict divorces and child custody battles in which there are allegations of abuse or neglect, applying his knowledge of family law and more than 30 years’ experience to help clients move ahead with their lives.
His practice is the first all-remote family law practice in Tarrant county. All client interactions are conducted completely by video conference, for client safety and convenience. Additionally, video conferencing provides more discretion and security, which clients value.
Greg’s family law practice is kept small by design. He prefers to concentrate on clients who need the attention of a family law specialist and who understand the distinction between price and value when selecting an attorney.
With longtime roots in Fort Worth, Greg and wife and law partner Holly J. Schreier are familiar with the expectations and needs of the city’s professional community when it comes to family law.
