The Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation’s fall programming is in gear, with tickets on sale now for the Night Market in late November
The Night Market, formerly part of the foundation’s spring Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival, is 6:30-9 p.m., Nov. 30, at Panther Island Pavilion on Fort Worth’s Northside. General admission is $65. Early entry, which allows admission at 6 p.m., is $89. Tickets are for sale at the fortworthfoodandwinefestival.com site.
The Night Market event will mark the launch of ticket sales for the foundation’s 10th annual spring Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival, April 4-7, at the Heart of the Ranch at Clearfork.
Night Market ticket purchasers will be able to buy tickets for the spring festival on Nov. 30, 12 hours before sale of tickets to the public.
“From Mumbai to Mexico City, the world’s hottest culinary hubs receive the star treatment at this street market experience,” the foundation said. “Savor global culinary flavors and traditions with every bite, and indulge in mixed drinks as 15 mixologists craft cocktails, each featuring a different spirit.”
The Food + Wine Foundation in early November kicked off its fall programs with the Far Out Feast — featuring the cooking of chefs Felipe Armenta and Graham Elliot at The Fort Worth Club.
The evening featured the flavors and cuisine of several Armenta-led restaurants: Maria’s Mexican Kitchen, Le Margot, F1 Smokehouse and Cowboy Prime.
Kaufmann Lifetime Achievement Award during the feast. Fort Worth’s Renfro family of Renfro Foods received the award for its 80 years in food.
