A one-stop-shop for holiday hosting and entertaining pops up just in time for Christmas

The West Fork Garden Market has found a new home, albeit temporary, in the Clearfork Shopping Center. The market will stay in its current location until mid-January and is on the hunt for a new, larger home.

Christine Figley, owner of West Fork Garden Market and West Fork Landscaping, is operating from a temporary location in the Clearfork Shopping Center while searching for a new home.

West Fork Garden Market and West Fork Landscaping owner Christine Figley has her finger on the pulse of what Fort Worthians, especially those that love to entertain, are in the market for.

Nestled in the old Bob Mitchell + Gold Williams corner spot, 5001 Ozona Ave., the home décor and hosting mecca has set up shop for the holiday season. Walking in the door feels like entering a winter wonderland.

Huge Christmas trees with colorful ornaments adorn the store for the upcoming holiday. Custom wreaths for all seasons and door signs for all types of football fans can be found on most walls. Bright and shiny giftable knick-knacks are arranged on tables ready to be perused. One side of the show room is dedicated to fountains, huge pots and other outdoor décor. There seems to be a never-ending supply of place mats, napkins, faux flowers and home accessories. And the bows, there are so many bows. Figley’s mother creates them all by hand.

The Garden Market recently wrapped up its third year of porch pumpkin displays. They began taking bookings July 1, and customers chose from packages of various sizes and pumpkin color schemes. Figley and her team then set up a grouping of gourds to usher in homes for the autumn season.

There is also an entire room dedicated to Figley’s newest booming business, Elevate Your Celebrate, a streamer company that takes parties to the next level. In the past few months alone, she provided streamers for TCU bid days, Austin City Limits, Christmas in Cowtown, local hotels and Joe T. Garcia’s just to name a few. The whimsical streamers and garlands can be found in all colors and themes. Figley emphasizes that the streamers are an eco-friendlier option because they are reusable and don’t pop or blow away in the heat and wind.

When asked about the future location of West Fork Garden Market, Figley says she is still working it out, but she will let her loyal customers know as soon as she can.
