Experience Eataly Dallas’ limited-time ‘Alpina’ pop-up

Eataly Dallas’s Terra restaurant is hosting “Alpina,” a limited-time pop-up exploring the cuisine of northern Italy’s Alpine regions. Running through March 31, the pop-up offers a curated selection of dishes reflecting the culinary traditions of the Trentino-Alto Adige region, influenced by both Italian and Central European flavors. This après-ski themed event provides a distinct dining experience compared to typical Italian-American restaurants. The à la carte menu features dishes like fonduta di formaggio (a regional cheese fondue made with Fontina DOP), speck (smoked prosciutto), canederli (specialty bread dumplings), prosciutto-stuffed chicken, a polenta bar and warm chocolate fondue. Alpine-inspired brunch options are available on Saturdays and Sundays. A “Cortina Happy Hour,” with small bites starting at $8, runs Tuesday through Thursday. Fridays feature bi-weekly DJ music, with an après-ski dress code encouraged. The beverage specials include warming cocktails such as mulled wine and hot toddies, plus Italian wines and beers.
