They say clothes don’t make the man, but they certainly don’t hurt.
For part one of our men’s fashion editorial, we joined Houstoun Waring of Waring Tuxedos aboard his 1973 Pearson Ensign daysailer, Sazerac. Model Josh Truesdell donned one of Waring’s custom navy jackets for the evening sail. Waring purchased the daysailer during the COVID pandemic and immersed himself in the craft of boat restoration researching teak, mahogany, and varnish techniques before painstakingly restoring the vessel to her former glory, repainting her in a rich flag blue and finished with a coordinating American flag.
Part two brought us to the idyllic rolling hills of Roberson Equine Stables, where Truesdell showcased a custom windowpane plaid jacket against the pastoral backdrop.
