Chef Marcus Paslay’s Piattello Italian Kitchen will relocate from Waterside to The Shops at Clearfork this fall, becoming the first Fort Worth-owned-and-operated restaurant to join the luxury development. The move comes nearly a decade after Piattello opened its doors and helped establish itself as a neighborhood staple known for house-made pastas, seasonal fare and warm hospitality.

The new location, scheduled to open in November, will occupy the ground floor of The Offices at Clearfork near Marathon Avenue and Ozona Boulevard. The expanded space will include indoor and patio seating and, for the first time, lunch service seven days a week.

While the setting may change, Paslay says diners can expect the same from-scratch approach that built Piattello’s following. Fan favorites will remain on the menu, alongside new additions expected later this year.

“We’re only moving about a mile down the road,” Paslay said in a statement. “We still get to serve the neighborhood and community that built Piattello from the beginning while bringing a Fort Worth-owned concept into one of the city’s most visited developments.”

The timing also coincides with a milestone year for the restaurant. Piattello will celebrate its 10th anniversary in January 2027, giving longtime guests another reason to raise a glass when the new location opens this fall.
