“Meals worth lingering over,” The Blue Room promises

The Blue Room — the fine dining experience within Emilia’s, the restaurant helmed by chef Preston Paine at The Crescent Hotel, Fort Worth — opens Feb. 13.

Still looking for a Valentine’s idea? As of right now (3 p.m. Feb. 1), reservations are available for that night at resy.com.

The Blue Room’s “focused and succinct” menu includes fresh fish of the day “carved tableside,” caviar service, and “exquisite, over-the-top shellfish towers and local meats,” The Blue Room promises.

The menu “sets the tone for meals worth lingering over.”

Each dinner experience begins with The Blue Room’s “hand-crafted hors d’oeuvres from Chef Paine meant to enjoy alongside premium martinis shaken tableside, highly allocated reserve wines and vintage champagne pours,” The Blue Room offers. “Like Emilia’s, menus embrace Mediterranean qualities with dishes that are light, fresh, and vibrant, while offering touches and items worth indulging in.”
