Celebrity Chefs Pairing with a Purpose
Over almost 40 years, the Mid-Cities SOS volunteer nonprofit has raised close to $2 million to support SafeHaven, which works with women and children affected by family violence in Tarrant County. The Celebrity Chefs event brings together some of the area’s top culinary talent to provide bites for the evening; they also donate dinner packages for the live auction.
Chef Rena Frost of Mac’s on Main is chairman of the event and is participating along with Bonnell’s Fine Texas Cuisine, Craft & Vine Taproom and Eatery, Hot Box Biscuit Club, Feedstore BBQ, Fitzgerald, Jane, Calabrese, Loveria, Magdalena’s, Next Bistro, Nonna Tata, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Tastefully Yours Catering and Tokyo Cafe.
