Grand Lux Cafe unveils new menu

Is it the Buffalo chicken rolls, salted caramel cheesecake or prime Dallas Galleria location that draws you to Grand Lux Cafe? The restaurant has unveiled a new menu that may be another enticement.
Standouts include an ahi tuna burger with wasabi mayo, short rib rigatoni with Parmesan cream and arugula, and Brussels sprouts with Fuji apples, lemon and Parmesan.
The healthier options and Italian-leaning dishes seem inspired by other restaurants also owned by The Cheesecake Factory group, including True Food Kitchen, Flower Child and North Italia.
