Luxury Senior Living Community Opens in Clearfork

The Tradition-Clearfork, a luxury senior living community, opened Tuesday in Fort Worth near the Clearfork mixed-use development and Trinity River.
The community sits on nearly six acres and offers a continuum of care with 202 independent living residences and 95 assisted living/memory care residences. Tradition Senior Living, LP owns and operates The Tradition-Clearfork, a rental community with no large buy-in fee, and similar luxury senior living communities throughout Texas.

“The opening of The Tradition-Clearfork marks an important day for The Tradition, and our reception in Fort Worth has been extraordinary,” Jonathan Perlman, Sr., president and CEO of Tradition Senior Living, LP said in a release. “Our fifth Texas community to date, with previous locations in Dallas and Houston, continues our standard of developing preeminent senior living communities.”
Residents will have easy access to numerous amenities and services inside the nine-story building. The common areas feature a 24-hour concierge, mail room, game rooms, lounges, movie theater, fitness and wellness programming, a restaurant-style dining area and a bar area offering select wines and spirits.
The common areas also have art, antiques and furniture that retain the classic, elegant themes The Tradition is known for.

The fitness area includes an indoor pool, weight room, Pilates room, group exercise classes taught by certified fitness instructors and a physical therapy center.
A dog park, parking garage with controlled access and state-of-the-art security system are also on-site.
