Clarity Homes, a Fort Worth-based home builder, has purchased 44 acres of residential-zoned land in Willow Park from Wilks Development.

This will allow Clarity to build an additional 80 home sites in the second phase of The Reserves at Trinity, the single-family neighborhood of Wilks Development’s master-planned community, Willow Park North.

Presales will begin in early fall 2024. Lot sizes will vary, with home prices ranging from upper-$400,000 to $600,000. The homes will introduce new floor plans and flexible spaces to the development.

“Willow Park is a fabulous balance of suburban living,” Will Bannister, co-founder and owner of Clarity Homes, said in a release. “You find the tranquility of nature mixed with the urban conveniences that make family time easier. Plus, you are only a short drive to Fort Worth while close to the excellent Aledo ISD schools that families desire. If you want a small town feel with big city amenities, Willow Park is the place for you.”

The Reserves at Trinity opened in 2020 with 91 home sites. Clarity, Village Homes and Windmiller Homes were involved in the initial phase.

Reserves residents have access to a community amenity center, featuring a pool, bocce ball court, tennis court, outdoor grills and multiple walking trails.

The Shops at Willow Park and the upcoming The District at Willow Park — two other Wilks Development properties — are nearby, too.

“Clarity Homes has proven to be a top-notch home builder, having done an exceptional job in Phase One of the project,” Kyle Wilks, Wilks Development president, said in the release.

“We are pleased Will and his team will build out the rest of The Reserves,” he said. “We are eager to welcome new homeowners to Willow Park North and the Willow Park community.”
