Concerts in the Garden

Fort Worth Botanic Garden 3220 Botanic Garden Blvd., fwsymphony.org

Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra’s summer series kicks off June 16 with the Western swing band Asleep at the Wheel, which is guaranteed to get people up and dancing. Other performers range from local artists Jackopierce and Sarah Jaffe to popular shows such as The Music of The Rolling Stones and, of course, the July 3 and 4 finales. Fireworks are part of each concert, with the biggest bang on the last two days of CITG. Prepurchased parking also is available, and Central Market offers a special picnic menu for pickup at the Botanic Garden. June 16-July 4
