As the season changes, so too should your beauty routine. From fragrance to foundation, find your new favorites among these just-released products.

Sunday Everyday

Australian skincare brand Naked Sundays knows colder weather doesn’t mean the sun is any less powerful. In fact, the company’s mission is to make sunscreen that’s easy to wear and good for your skin. The just-released BeautyScreen foundation tint fulfills this pledge, beautifully. Available in 13 buildable shades, it’s infused with anti-aging peptides and hydrating polyglutamic acid, plus niacinamide and squalane, which protect and soothe the skin. And, like every Naked Sundays formulation, it offers broad spectrum SPF 50 protection. $38. us.nakedsundays.com

A Win for Skin

Led by an all-woman team of board-certified dermatologist Dr. Courtney Rubin, cosmetic chemist Lizzy Trelstad and entrepreneur Kimmy Scotti, Fig.1 skincare prioritizes your skin, time and the environment. From micellar oil cleansing to glycolic brightening emulsions and retinol night cream, you can create your own routine or buy a curated set, and many products are made to be refilled (with refills sold at a discount). The brand’s latest launch is a year-round invisible-finish mineral sunscreen made with antioxidant enzymes. Prices range from  $16 for lip oil to $94 for the PM Advanced Skin Set; mineral sunscreen is $36. fig-1.co

Scents from Science

Fragrance brand Future Society offers the opportunity to indulge in scents created using the sequenced DNA of extinct flowers. The brand has synthesized six scents, including Haunted Rose, which showcases floral subspecies that last bloomed in South Africa in the 1960s. This season, the brand makes it possible to take its best-selling scent portfolio anywhere, from purse to plane, with the introduction of travel-sized versions. The compact size also encourages experimentation. Add those favorites to cart, along with something new. $29. wearefuturesociety.com

The Texas Treatment

When Helena Oseguera Abrahamsson turned to the cactus on her family’s Texas ranch to formulate a serum to help her mother’s rosacea, Plantéa Skincare was born. The Dallas-based award-winning company draws on Abrahamsson’s Mexican, American and Swedish heritage to create a balance of acids, oils and vitamins that is “lagom,” or just right, to promote and support healthy skin. The brand’s new microfiber headband will streamline the serum-application routine and protect hair from tugging or pulling. Headband is $18; serums start at $70. planteaskin.com

Sweet Relief

Mario Badescu Skin Care’s latest launch, Repairing Facial Spray, is a bacteria-buster that promotes skin health in several ways. It diminishes redness and inflammation from acne, eczema, psoriasis and even new piercings and bug bites — just spray as needed
and let air-dry. As with all Mario Badescu products, it’s dermatologist tested, safe for sensitive skin and free of parabens, dyes, fragrances and alcohol. $18. Ulta, 3000 S.
