Hôtel Swexan invited 30 non-hotel guests to its 20th-floor rooftop in August for a sip and shop event, hosted by the Italian luxury brand Missoni. Shoppers enjoyed a flute of bubbles at the door and exclusive access to other public events coming to the hotel this fall.
Since opening in 2023, the hotel has restricted public access to its pool and signature Italian restaurant, Léonie, both on the 20th floor. Léonie finally opens to the public this September for an intimate nightly dinner series, “Nights at Léonie,“ where 20 non-hotel guests will have access to the restaurant’s full menu for the first time and enjoy private views of the Dallas skyline.
