Compass Fiesta returns to Dallas on Mar. 7 for its third year in a row, transforming the JSX Hangar at Love Field into a gathering space for one of the city’s most anticipated spring fundraisers.
This year, guests will enjoy a Tex-Mex dinner, provided by Mi Cocina, while listening to live performances by Ryan Bingham and the Texas Gentlemen, and Fin Ewing and the Wrong Direction. The combination of food trucks, live music and an open-air setting gives the night its signature Fiesta energy, with equal parts celebration and purpose.

The evening’s auction reflects similar intentions. Live auction items include luxury travel experiences, such as a multi-night stay in Los Cabos, a private Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix weekend and curated retreats in Montana, Argentina and South Africa. Silent auction items include high-end hotel stays, fine jewelry, exclusive dining access, and rare collectibles, with more than 300 items donated by supporters and Dallas-based businesses.
Beyond the experience, Compass Fiesta serves a deeper mission. Proceeds benefit The Compass School of Texas, supporting tuition assistance and scholarships, faculty development, campus enhancements and long-term educational initiatives tied to the school’s True North Capital Campaign. The paddle-raise portion of the evening provides guests with a direct way to invest in expanding access to the school’s inquiry-based learning programs.

Now in its third year, Compass Fiesta has become a cornerstone event for the school’s surrounding community. Last year’s gathering welcomed more than 850 attendees and raised over $2.5 million. Organizers hope to build on that momentum while maintaining the celebratory spirit that has come to define the evening.
Compass Fiesta is chaired by Stefanie and Michael Prentiss, with honorary chairs Sara and Alex Wilcox, and a steering committee comprising longtime supporters of the school.
For those looking to experience Dallas dining, music and philanthropy in one place, Compass Fiesta offers a night where generosity and good taste share the spotlight.
