Chef Julian Rodarte has been named Culinary Director at Dee Lincoln Concepts, the hospitality group behind Dee Lincoln Prime, Dee’s Table, Havana Dee’s Lounge, and the Bubble Bar.
A Dallas native and Culinary Institute of America graduate, Rodarte’s path has included roles under Dean Fearing at The Ritz-Carlton in Dallas, the launch of Beto & Son at Trinity Groves, and more recently, leading restaurant development at COSM in Grandscape in The Colony. He’s also made appearances on Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay.
Rodarte oversees menu direction across all concepts in his new role while introducing new culinary experiences, including steak and seafood tastings and an intimate chef’s table with a rotating seasonal menu.
