Lola’s Halo Cocktail
Serves 1
Ingredients:
For the cocktail
- 1.5 ounces Agimat Ube Liqueur
- 1 ounce Coco López
- 1 ounce Kasma Rum or Overproof Dark Rum
Garnishes
- Tropical candied and jellied fruits
- Langka (sweet jackfruit)
- Young coconut strings
- Flan slice (optional)
- Preparation
Shake all cocktail ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Pour into a rocks glass.
Garnish with tropical candied and jellied fruits, langka and young coconut strings (Macapuno).
