Lola’s Halo: An ube cocktail recipe inspired by Filipino Halo-Halo at Jane in Southlake

Lola’s Halo Cocktail

Serves 1

Ingredients:

For the cocktail

  • 1.5 ounces Agimat Ube Liqueur
  • 1 ounce Coco López
  • 1 ounce Kasma Rum or Overproof Dark Rum

Garnishes

  • Tropical candied and jellied fruits
  • Langka (sweet jackfruit)
  • Young coconut strings
  • Flan slice (optional)
  • Preparation

Shake all cocktail ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Pour into a rocks glass.

Garnish with tropical candied and jellied fruits, langka and young coconut strings (Macapuno).
