Chef Dominique Crenn will oversee a new 41-seat café within the new Dior boutique at Highland Park Village in Dallas, slated to open sometime this month. The opening marks the second Dior café in the U.S., joining one in Miami’s Design District. The restaurant will debut with lunch and afternoon tea service. Crenn is the first and only female chef in the U.S. to earn three Michelin stars and is widely celebrated for her innovative French cuisine.
