Rosebud Steakhouse, a well-regarded Chicago restaurant, has opened its first Texas location in Southlake. For decades, Rosebud has been a staple in Chicago’s culinary scene, attracting loyal patrons with its prime steaks, Italian-inspired dishes and welcoming atmosphere. At its Southlake location, the menu is anchored by locally sourced, USDA Prime Linz Heritage Angus steaks. Italian classics such as rigatoni alla vodka and chicken Parmesan add a welcome touch. The dining room seats 200 guests adjacent to an island-shaped bar and a covered patio that seats 150.
