Valentine’s Day at Clay Pigeon: 500 roses and a special prix fixe menu

Chef Marcus Paslay and his team at Clay Pigeon Food & Drink have prepared a Valentine’s Day to remember—it will be adorned with 500 fresh roses from Feb. 13-15, 2025. 

In addition to florals, Paslay has curated a special three-course, prix fixe menu and optional wine pairing. Clay Pigeon has been a date night destination since 2013 when it opened, and this holiday is no different. 

The first course offers a choice of classic Caesar salad, chef’s tomato soup or a strawberry and beet salad. The second course is a choice of eye of ribeye, chef’s roasted chicken breast or spaghetti scampi. For the dessert course, you can choose either the special strawberry cheesecake or pot de creme.
