Walloon’s, chef Marcus Paslay’s new seafood concept, opens on West Magnolia

By Scott Nishimura

Chef Marcus Paslay has opened his newest restaurant concept, Walloon’s, on West Magnolia Avenue at Hemphill Street.

Paslay soft-opened the restaurant over the weekend. Reservations are now available at resy.com.

The Southern/seafood restaurant is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Walloon’s is part of The 701, a new mixed-use development. The 701 includes a new building and incorporates a historic block, the longtime home to Shinjuku Station. Street parking is limited, but customers can park in the new garage behind the development.

Paslay’s other concepts include Clay Pigeon, Piattello Italian Kitchen, and Provender Hall.
