Almost 15 years after its founding, the mission of Caralee Gurney’s The Mariposa Group, a Coldwell Banker Apex company, remains the same: helping clients buy and sell second homes and find investment properties with her motto, Transforming Lives One Home At A Time. Mariposa, Spanish for butterfly, reflects the journey Caralee shares with her clients and is a tribute to a childhood friend who passed away from cancer. The story shapes her work and values today.
