Boca 31: Latin street food that will have your taste buds dancing

Feeding the office? Empanadas, breakfast bowls and tacos make everyone happy.

Chef Andres Meraz has expanded his Latin street-food concept from Denton and Keller to Fort Worth.

Located in the former FunkyTown Donuts space — there are a few seats inside, but it’s mainly takeout — Boca offers breakfast bowls and tacos, quesadillas, empanadas, sandwiches and daily specials from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Meraz partnered with Sugarman’s, the cocktail bar in the nearby Hotel Revel, for a couple of events late in December; look for more pop-up dinners in the new year where Meraz can flex his cooking chops.
