Emilia’s, the centerpiece restaurant of The Crescent Hotel, Fort Worth has opened quietly and is taking reservations at resy.com. “Emilia’s brings the vibrant tastes of the Mediterranean and Adriatic Seas to life,” the restaurant says on its Resy landing page.

“Refreshing ambiance and inherent energy serve as the inviting backdrop for these inspired dishes thoughtfully crafted by executive chef Preston Paine, in partnership with some of Texas’s top purveyors and local farms. With an open kitchen, seasonal patio, and views of Fort Worth’s cultural district, it’s the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner.”

The luxury Crescent, which has taken reservations since late September, is quietly coming to life. The Canyon Ranch wellness club, also owned by Crescent developer John Goff, is scheduled to open in December.
