LE MARGOT OPENS, FORT WORTH’S LATEST FINE DINING ADDITION
Chef Felipe Armenta and Michelin Star chef Graham Elliot have launched Le Margot, at 3150 S. Hulen St., in the husk of a former Corner Bakery Cafe. Armenta’s holdings include Pacific Table, Press Cafe, The Tavern, and Maria’s Mexican Kitchen.
Le Margot features French cuisine that incorporates local and seasonal ingredients. It opened in June to numerous well-wishers and congratulatory social media posts. There’s a range of small plates, shareables, “plats du jour” specials and entrees.
Traditionalists will be pleased to find the bistro classic steak frites. For the more adventurous, there’s tartare.
