His hair is a little grayer these days, no doubt thanks to more time spent caring for his young twins during the pandemic lockdown at his East Texas farm. The then-2-year-olds did inspire one song, “Pants is Overrated,” featured on the 12th of June, Lovett’s new album. This tour with his talented Large Band is the Texas singer’s first since 2020.
