Pesca brings seafood to Trinity Groves with creative dishes and inventive cocktails

The restaurant is the latest effort from Milagro Tacos and Chimichurri owner Jesus Carmona. Here, global seafood dishes are the focus, spotlighting fresh, creative preparations.

Recent menu highlights include blackened catfish, a tropical lobster roll, clam chowder, and seafood specialties such as shrimp enchiladas with creamy poblano sauce, made with thin crepes instead of tortillas.

The space feels modern and inviting, with clean lines and a bright interior. A repurposed neon sign from the restaurant’s predecessor, Amberjax, adds character to the bar, where inventive cocktails complement the seafood offerings.
