Plank Seafood Provisions, an Omaha, Nebraska, oyster bar and seafood grill with another location in Austin, is coming to The Shops at Clearfork, at 5289 Marathon Ave. “Dropping our anchor soon at The Shops at Clearfork,” the company says on its website homepage.

Plank calls itself “elevated yet approachable,” with a menu offering “fresh, high-quality seafood, an array of craft cocktails and a curated wine list.”

Plank also differentiates itself based on its Conscious Earth program, “a commitment to environmentally-responsible sourcing and an oath to making a positive difference on our planet by leading the restaurant industry in seafood sustainability.”
