Son of a Butcher Grapevine location officially opens

Son of a Butcher has opened its newest location, which includes a dog-friendly patio and a drive-through window.

SoB specializes in 3-ounce wagyu beef slider burgers cooked to a juicy medium-rare, then slathered with toppings such as PB&J, smoked brisket burnt ends, roasted garlic and knobs of goat cheese. The Grapevine outpost also serves triple-thick ice cream shakes, onion rings the size of bracelets and “Double Zero Margaritas” –– zero sugar, zero net carbs, tequila-spiked –– the first keto-friendly menu item for the restaurant brand.

The Grapevine SoB is the company’s third, with others on Lower Greenville Avenue in Dallas and inside Plano’s Legacy Hall food hall.

A fourth location of the casual brand is slated to open at Alliance Town Center this fall.
