PRESSING QUESTIONS

How I knew this was my passion

Seeing people regain confidence and control over their health made it clear. When you can change someone’s life physically and mentally, it stops being work and becomes purpose.

Biggest challenges in my career

Scaling growth without sacrificing quality. As demand increased, maintaining a high level of personalized care required constant refinement of systems, communication, and team development.

My first job and what it taught me

Chili’s! Working early taught me discipline and accountability. Showing up consistently, doing things the right way, and earning trust are principles that still guide how I lead today.

A nonprofit I wish more people knew about

The American Warrior Association. It supports veterans and first responders in working through the challenges of their service. They are our true heroes and deserve continued support.

What keeps me coming back to my job every day

Knowing we are helping people change their lives in a real, lasting way. The impact goes far beyond physical results; it affects confidence, relationships and life’s purpose.

Best career moment so far

Being nominated for Entrepreneur of Excellence while scaling 10 to 12 times faster than similar businesses in our first seven years. It validated both our growth and our approach.

A skill I never expected to need in this field

Leadership at scale. Building systems, managing a team, and developing people is just as important as clinical knowledge in growing a successful practice.

One practice I use to maintain my mental health

Taking a midday break to exercise. It helps me step away, reset and come back focused. The stress will still be there, but I can handle it better.

Best advice I ever received

To act with your business hat on, not your emotional one. Making clear, disciplined decisions is what allows you to grow and sustain something long term.

The one thing I wish people knew about my field

Sustainable results are not about perfection. Real progress comes from balance, education and habits people can maintain long term.

The first thing I do to course-correct when I hit a wall

Step back and refocus on the fundamentals. Identify what is not working, adjust the plan and execute with consistency instead of overcomplicating the solution.
