The Art of Grazing: Custom-built charcuterie boards you are sure to love

Grazing boards for one are perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

A historic brick building in Fort Worth’s Hemphill Heights is now home to The Art of Grazing, which specializes in custom-built sweet or savory platters for individual snacking or large parties.

The interior of the Grazing space is bright and inviting.

Founder Amanda Pastusek and Kathryn Longbottom, her sister, oversee a spacious kitchen that helps their busy crew keep up with custom orders. There’s a small grab-and-go section replenished daily with fresh offerings. The retail section offers cards, gifts, wine, crackers, jams and more.

Check out the website for in-person classes (or book your own) and other special events.
