My journey started in real estate in 2013, transitioned to recruiting in 2017, and led me to title in 2020. I strive to bring an innovative approach to the industry, connecting clients with the resources, opportunities, and education they need to succeed.

Biggest challenges in my career
Balancing the fast-paced demands of the industry with family life. I “try” to stay adaptable and focused on continuous learning to manage my time effectively.
My first job and what it taught me
Teaching dance classes. It taught me the value of discipline, creativity and teamwork. I learned how to motivate others and manage multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm.
A nonprofit I wish more people knew about
ReInspire in Johnson County. They’re doing incredible work by providing support, resources, and mentorship to help individuals overcome challenges and build a better future.
What keeps me coming back to my job every day
Connections and building relationships. Knowing I’m making a meaningful difference is what truly motivates and drives me in my work.
Best career moment so far
My best career moment was being awarded Winner’s Circle, recognizing me as one of the Top 3 sales reps in the nation for bringing in new business.
A skill I never expected to need in this field
Active listening. When I got into sales, I thought I’d be doing a lot of pitching, but my success has come from truly listening to my clients’ pain points. I now always ask, “How can I help?”
One practice I use to maintain my mental health
Exercise and strength training. It helps me clear my mind, reduce stress, and stay focused, keeping me balanced and energized.
Best advice I ever received
To always stay true to myself. Authenticity builds trust and genuine connections. It’s helped me both personally and professionally.
The one thing I wish people knew about my field
How much behind-the-scenes work goes into every transaction — ensuring smooth deals goes way beyond just the paperwork.
The first thing I do to course-correct when I hit a wall
Panic! Kidding. I take a step back, reassess the situation, and PIVOT. I focus on finding solutions and creating a clear action plan to move forward with confidence.
