How I knew this was my passion

After 25 years of providing education, financial strategy and guidance under a corporate umbrella, I built a concierge company dedicated to women seeking tools and systems to level up their lives.

Biggest challenges in my career

Managing the many roles I serve — mom, wife, CEO, friend — and learning to say “no” more often than “yes.”

My first job and what it taught me

A financial advisor with Edward Jones Investments. Passing my SEC licenses in two months reinforced discipline. I knocked on more than 1,600 doors in my first year.

What keeps me coming back to my job every day

Knowing my life has a purpose. I’ve seen firsthand how my work impacts women, their families and their businesses.

Best career moment so far

Hearing my daughter say she wants to do something like what I’m doing one day.

Software technology — both application and integration.

One practice I use to maintain my mental health

Gratitude journaling. It changed my life and continues to do so.

Retreat to a quiet place with a pen and notepad. I write, reflect and map out solutions.
